We’ve given you the most important ingredients to start the day off with a hearty breakfast.
Our Thick Pork Sausages are made from only the finest Staffordshire pork and carefully blended with our timeless recipie of subtle seasoning to give you the ultimate banger for your buck!
To compliment our famous sausage you’ll find our British Dry Cured back bacon. Hand cut slightly thicker for a fantastic lasting flavour and a rasher that won’t shrivel to nothing when its cooked or leave a pool of white addative residue in your pan.
Next up is a slow cured fresh gammon joint. Slowly boiled or honey glazed and roasted this succulent joint will create a great lunchtime treat with handcut chips or new potatoes. Alternatively Slice it cold and use a hand cut loaf for some truly fantastic sandwiches.
The 12 4oz Steak Burgers provide a great quick meal for the kids and whole family alike. Made from only our Prime Steak Mince and a special blend of gentle seasoning to allow the flavour of the slow reared, grass fed beef to flood through and give you a burger like no other.
A Pack of six 7-8oz Fresh Chicken Breast Fillets are sourced from our selected, well managed poultry farms and contain NO added water or phosphates. These give a great choice of meal idea’s from Stirfry and Fajitas to Hunters Chicken or Stroganoff.
As a real treat on saturday night we’ve included two of our most popular 12oz Sirloin Steaks. Dry aged for 35 days on the bone and then trimmed and aged off of the bone for a further seven days, the flavour and tenderness of this premium product is second to none. A light marbling adds flavour and stops the steaks drying out in the cooking process.
Now lets talk about the main event, a slow roasted, whole, boneless, leg of new seasons lamb. Aged for 14 days on the bone to allow the flavour to develop from the light covering of sweet fat only found in lamb at this time of year. The taste of this lamb needs no enhancment but a little minted gravy and some new potatoes are sure to provide a meal to remember.
