Returns & Refund Policy

If your order is incorrect or damaged, please call or email us and we'll do our best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.


Wrongly Supplied Products


Please inform us within 48 hours from the date of the goods received, if any items have been incorrectly supplied. We will then send out the correct item


Defective or Damaged Products


If the products received are thought to be defective or damaged in some way, the products may have to be returned to Bradburys. In the first instance please call us on 01536 239281 or 07563 015927 to discuss the issue with us and if possible we would ask that you take pictures of the problem. If the goods are found to be faulty or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund and in either case we will refund your postage costs.


Right To Cancel


Your right to cancel starts at the time of placing the order, as all of our products are food and therefore perishable, your right to cancel ceases at the point of dispatch.

If you are not completely satisfied with any products you receive from Bradbury’s, please call us and we will credit your account with the value of the products.
