1. How do I order from you


To order from Bradbury's Online, either browse the site or search for products you want to buy and add them to your shopping basket, when you have chosen all your products, click the checkout icon (at the top of every page) and complete your order. Here you can register for a new account, login to your existing account or checkout as a guest. Once you have filled in your details, confirm your order and you will be taken to the payment page hosted by Barclaycard to complete your purchase, then sit back and wait for your order to arrive.


2. Do you only take orders online


At present we only take orders online as this enables us to offer you the highest level of security. So that we do not have access to debit or credit card details, all of our transactions take place on the Barclaycard server and not ours.


3. How do I use my discount voucher


Once you go to the checkout page you will be able to enter any discount codes in the relevant boxes.


4. What if I need to change my order after I checkout.


Should you need to change your order after checking out, please ring us immediately on 07563 015927 to discuss the changes. Providing your order has not already left, we should be able to accommodate your requirements.


5. Is it safe to buy from your site


Our site is secured by Comodo CA Ltd, as indicated by the green padlock in your browser bar, also we do not have access to any of your financial details as all transactions take place on the Barclaycard server and not on our site.


6. What do you do with my personal details.


Absolutely nothing, if you register for an account, we store them on our secure server, so that you can checkout with ease on future visits, saving you time and hassle.


7. How will my order arrive?


Your order will arrive in our specially designed temperature controlled packaging, delivered by one of our nationwide courier partners.


8. What if my order arrives damaged?


Should this happen, please sign for the package as damaged, photograph it before opening if possible, and phone us on 01536 239281 or 07563 015927 for assistance.


9. What if my order does not arrive?


If on the day of delivery your order has not arrived by 4.00pm, phone us on 01536 239281 or 07563 015927 and we will deal with the matter directly.
